How to Have a Simple Workout Plan and Stick to It

simple workout

Getting tired of going to a gym and not losing weight because you can't stick to it? How about a home workout plan and you can stick to it.

Steps

  • Start with a workout plan. How long do you want to work out? 30 minutes, an hour? Let's do about 35 minutes to start with. This is one workout plan. It contains:
    • 60 Leg Kicks and 60 leg barrels
    • 4 to 6 minutes of jogging in place
    • 50-100 sit-ups
    • 50 jumping jacks
    • Just randomly dancing to a up beat song for 30 minutes or an hour.

  • Do this everyday. You'll lose your pounds but if you go to a gym, you'll lose more pounds.

  • If you drink more water, then you can lose up to about 5 pounds by drinking a lot of water. About 8 glasses a day. Use a 12 oz. glass and drink 8 glasses and you lose 5 pounds in about a week.

  • Jog or run around town or your neighborhood. Do about a mile or just run for an hour or two.

Tips

  • Drink water.
  • Don't hurt yourself, make sure to stretch!

Warnings

  • Stretch before and after any workout.

Getting That Muscular Physique

Muscular

One of the major goals of any bodybuilder is to have muscles that are bigger and stronger. However, if you're into bodybuilding yourself, you may notice that no matter how hard you pump iron or how heavy you lift weights, you're actually not getting any significant improvement in terms of your muscles' mass. Perhaps it's time you realize that no amount of iron-pumping will give you the muscle size you want if you don't pair your workouts with any health supplements. In terms of building fuller muscles, you need to have the stamina and the energy to sustain your punishing routines. You need energy-providing supplements.

These intense pre-workout products will give you that aggressive intent and ability to lift more weight and have more repetitions with your training sets. It's an excellent formula that can provide you with the explosive power and energy that you need, especially during those days when you work out in long stretches. You will certainly feel excellent all throughout your workout sans the feeling of being drained of all the energy in your body. Recovering faster is also facilitated with these kinds of supplements.

Aside from combining your workout with the appropriate supplements, you also need to look for your inspiration or motivation for you to be consistent with your gym trips. There are times when one reaches a point wherein he no longer wants to continue due to certain reasons like lack of having a driving force. For some bodybuilders, they get their inspiration by looking at posters of those who have already achieved the muscular physique that they want. Others sustain their enthusiasm by watching videos of bodybuilding competitions. It's up to you where you will get your inspiration; you just have to make sure that you have that impetus to get you going and work out on a consistent basis.

If building muscles is your primary goal, you don't want to develop all muscle groups at the same time. Focus on at least two muscle groups once. You don't really spend a whole day for your workout, so you cannot do exercises and try to work on all your muscles at the same time. This is where patience as a virtue will come in. Developing at least two muscle groups at a time gives you a more focused workout and will eventually give you the body you've always wanted. And again, be sure to combine your training with supplements that are ideal for you. Get started with your search for the right supplements.

These are a few tips that could hopefully help you achieve your bodybuilding goals. Remember that any goal can be accomplished if you have the right attitude and a positive disposition.
